The stainless steel is bonded to the copper by lamination, prior to production, thereby achieving a uniform layer over the whole pot. It's complemented by a solid bronze handle that's riveted to the body of the pan for added durability. Hand washing recommended. Exterior can be cleaned and polished with copper cleanser.
