I bought this book awhile ago and I haven't posted because I have been too busy making stuff from the book. The directions are very easy to follow. Stitch break down is shown for those of us who are fairly new to loom knitting too! The gauge is provided for those of us who prefer to use other brands of knitting boards. I have and use the All-In-One knitting board and used it for this book, but I also used my KISS looms and they duplicated the results from the all in one. So I highly recommend this book to everyone who uses a knitting board, knitting rake or knitting loom of any kind!

Nice project ideas, and takes into account single knit projects (unlike the "Knitting Board Basics" book --which I LOVE as a double-knit instructional primer). But, the actual instructions in here are thin and not well-organized, most are scattered in boxes throughout the book. This seems more like a patterns book, than a "how to" book. To that end, the book is fine, though I did still find some of the projects hard to follow. For example, in the felted bag project, there is no mention of making the other side of the bag. A small omission, but little things like that add up.

All-n-All, this is an excellent book for those starting out with the All-n-One. There are a few issues with a few of the patterns and you can find clairifation on the Slouchy Hat on KnittingBoard's website. The others are simple to figure out.

One of my favorite patterns in the book is the Cables & Lace Afghan; it only looks complicated. But once you get the hang of how the pattern works, this Afghan can be easily complete in a week. I do recommend that you make a photocopy of the stitch pattern to track your rows.

I was super excited for this book. I've been a look knitter for years, but haven't mastered the more complicated stitches. I just purchased an all in one loom, which I love. I was hoping for some new things in this book. The instructions seem incomplete and left me feeling confused. A lot of guessing to figure out what the heck I'm supposed to do. Great for those who already know what they are doing and want some patterns. But if you're looking for a how to, keep looking. I'll be searching YouTube for instructions so I can figure out make some of the projects in the book.

Provides good information and instructions. Lots of interesting patterns as well. I gave only 4 stars because I would like it to have had more patterns for items for men and boys.

After attempting the first pattern I found a gross omission from the book. The first pattern says to cast on using the double e wrap. The problem is that no where in the book does it give you the instruction, nor detail on what/how to do this. I find this to be a great disadvantage for the beginner and would tend to turn off those new to the hobby.
