I think these are literally the only sugar-free cookie I've ever eaten that doesn't TASTE sugar-free. I dunno what they do to them but they taste like full-sugar cookies and they're delicious. My boyfriend has diabetes and he adores these. I've seen people complain they're "rock hard".... I know sometimes they might be overly crispy, but we found that if you just keep the container's lid a little open overnight the cookies soften up by the next day. No rock hard cookies here!

Absolutely delicious! Many other reviewers have complained about these cookies being overly crunchy or hard. i disagree. these cookies are 'brittle' so to speak, but there are actually very moist and have a dense, satisfying texture. I really, really like them and love the fact that they're actually completely sugar free. the only way they could be better for a low-carber, is if they were made with almond flour instead of organic spelt flour (although spelt is far better than the all-purpose wheat flour most sweet snacks are made of).

Some crumbling but not as much as some reported likely due to their being hard enough to cut glass. Have been experimenting with immersing in coffee or milk but haven't found a time that results in softening. Will not re order,but who knows how bloody long they will last.

We should buy stock in this company. These cookies are chewy, crispy, chocolaty, and the only deduction in stars would be our lack of self-control in the amount we eat. So beware! Even though the sugar isn't there, the carbs still are.
