Packaging was not great, Mine came slightly bent. I straightened it out and mounted it. Looks great. Have got complements from a few folks. Plenty strong for heavy coats. Mine is always in use.

We have ordered several of these. They are sturdy and have a nice appearance. Mounting is easy as well. Well, our building engineer did all of them but he did it with ease using a power drill.
