Hazelnut Butter tastes amazing! This is my 2nd or 3rd time buying form this company, and while the butter is not cheap, it is worth the price becase it is so good and fresh. I can definitely tell the difference in taste. So far I tried hazelnut and pistachio butters, but hazelnut tastes better in my opinion. The butter is creamy but not as smooth as, lets say, store bought peanut butter (jeff), there are definitely crunchy pieces in there.
This company also ships fast, packs well and stands behind their products!

If you like filberts (AKA hazelnuts) this stuff is scrumptious. The only ingredient is ground roasted hazelnuts. They're not completely pulverized like creamy peanut butter; tiny pieces (fewer and smaller than crunchy peanut butter) liven up the texture. I imagine it would be great as a spread, but it's ambrosia right out of the container with a spoon. Plus, if you add a little liquid sucralose and a touch of cocoa powder, you've got low-carb Nutella. Mmmmm.

I like this Fastachi product. I never used hazelnut butter before and needed it for a chocolate chip cookie recipe. They came out great. My son visited for the weekend and will take some back to his apartment. Amazon shipped the butter within three days. The only drawback for me was I would have appreciated storing tips. I want to know: should I refrigerate it after opening? Again, the cookies are great! I will most likely order more of this hazelnut butter in the future.

Nothing better on the planet, but try it without adding the chocolate first. We were living in Switzerland circa 1958 and I was on holiday from my school and was spending a weekend with friends. in Gstaad. The mother of my friend had glass jars filled with hazelnut candy, just creamy hazelnuts with sugar and the fist time I tried one I almost fainted with pleasure, it was phenomenal. Then I did something really rude (Forgive me Betty!) I ate every single piece I could find. I was mortified and felt even worse when no one said anything. All these years later I still squirm just thinking about it. Anyway that was my introduction to hazelnut candy and I could never find it again until Lindt came out with a candy bar that had pockets of this hazelnut cream inside. OMG. Anyway, try this without chocolate and see what I mean. Enjoy!

Yum! A butter with just a bit of nut texture (0.05" graininess) left, rather than being a smooth paste.
I pour of the oil layer (added for preservation and to prevent drying-out) and mix it 50:50 with Nutella for a less sweet, but more flavorful hazelnut chocolate spread. Also great for making nocciola ice-cream.

Obscenely delicious. I know it sounds expensive (no, it is expensive), but it really takes very little to get the flavor across. If you took the cheap chocolate out of nutella, you would get something like this. But not as good. It is really hard to stop eating it. My wife just takes a spoonful and eats that slowly for dessert.

I am so addicted to this Roasted Hazelnut Butter its ridiculous!!
