I love this candle warmer! I was looking at electric Partylite warmers which are much more expensive, ($34.95) and a bit bigger than this one but I figured, this one should work well. I ordered my melts and put two wedges in it. Within 1 minute my entire apartment started to fill with the Lilac melts I had placed in the warmer. About an hour later, my fiance's came home and said he could smell the lilac all the way down the hallway.....ooops, next time, I will only put ONE wedge in. Bottom line, this works like a charm. Simply great. I plan on purchasing more for Christmas gifts this season.

This warmer heats up nicely. I place a regular yankee candle with its glass container on top of the warmer and it melts the whole candle in a short period of time releasing the scent without the need to light it. I can just take the candle off and switch to a new one if I want a different smell. Can also just take cheap scented votive candles and place directly in melting bowl. They melt and do the same thing but you are left with melted candle wax to clean up. Skip the candle tarts..they are expensive. I also used scented aromatherapy oil and that worked great too. Great product and cheaper than other electric or conventional options.

This works better than any potpourri or simmer pots I've tried, and the price was great when I bought it, especially with free shipping; however, when I returned to the site to buy another one, the price was increased and there was a shipping charge, so I bought something else instead.

For years I used the non-electric pots, but grew tired of having to continually replace the tea light candles, and those pots didn't become as warm as this one does.

It's a nice size for either wax tarts, essential oils in water, or potpourri, and is decorative. I like the "sensor" which is actually only a light that shows you that the warmer is on. The instructions say to unplug it, but I don't as long as the sensor light is working; I only use the on/off switch.

One of these warmers would probably work well in a small room, but for a large room I would recommend two or more, and to place them where the steam/scent flow won't be obstructed by shelves above the warmers. Since steam rises, you don't want to place the warmer too high up.

The removable ceramic piece is convenient for cleaning and safety, and for removing wax tarts. For the latter you just place the ceramic piece in the freezer so the frozen wax will slide out easily.

I'd buy more of these if the price hadn't risen...

I ordered this tart warmer after sick of paying money for tea lights. I would go thru so many a week that it was just easier to buy one of these. Thank goodness I did! I love this thing! The bowl can be put on and filled with tarts or oil, or the bowl can be taking off and a candle can be put on to heat also. I found this thing great to use with some candle that I had that wouldn't light anymore but still had TONS of wax in them. The wax melted down quickly and filled the room with the scent! I love this thing and will be ordering another one for another room. The cord is short on it, but I have it on a table in my living room that's right next to an outlet so i didn't have any problems! I totally recommend this item!!!

First, let me point out that I don't use this for candles. I use this to keep a french press of coffee, or a coffee cup, nice and blazing hot.

For that purpose it works splendidly. Lately I have had difficulty finding coffee warmers that keep coffee actually hot. A friend suggested this, and it was an excellent idea.

It has a nice deep red, feels solid, and the ceramic cup feels well made. I'm confident it would do a great job with my Scentsy wax pucks as well, so that's a nice bonus!

The only detraction from a 5 star rating is that the cable is a little short, and the toggle switch on mine often takes fiddling to get the warmer to turn on or shut off. I'm probably going to have to replace the switch, as it feels like it is going to break within the year with daily use.

I bought this for my bathroom because it has a pretty rich red color and my bathroom is done in the same tone.
What I received is the color of a fresh bruise. It's straight up purple. I know the description says burgandy, but usually colors aren't THAT off in pictures.
It's a nice size and looks worth the price, but I bought it specifically because the picture shows the a red tone. It's not and doesn't go with anything else I have. I will be returning this.

This tart warmer is very attractive and feels sturdy and well built. My one and only complaint is that the electrical cord is comically short and I have to use an extension cord with it.
