Extremely well made; perfect for a big salad.

This bowl could not be more beautiful. I have already used it several times for authentic Caesar salad. We applied the bee's oil they sell first to seal it better against absorbing strong odors and flavors. I highly recommend doing that. It in no way affects the look of it, substantial and very well made. Uniformly smooth and evenly shaped. This size easily holds enough salad for eight (two packages of Romaine hearts; about six medium-to-small heads after the pre-sale trimming) including for the tossing.

Great Bowl

This is a great wooden salad bowl. Just know you will need to season it even though it says it is already seasoned. If you don't, then your salad will taste a bit like sawdust. But after I have seasoned it a couple of times and made lots of salads in it, it's definitely on its way to being perfect.
