I ordered the item and unfortunately, the warehouse at Pinc International were completely careless. They packed the dog house in a box that was too small, they did not wrap any of the wood material individual so they were hitting each other in the box. This in turn caused 80% damage to the wood product, with wood parts falling off, even the water bowl had many dents in it. The directions were missing and the screws were everywhere in the box. I was so disappointed that I immediately returned. I would hestitate to buy anything from Pinc International since they were so careless in their packing of this product. I had to return it due to damage.
