This kit had the right amount of card stock, decorative supplies and idea suggestions to make for hours of creative fun for budding artists. My 8 year old worked on this kit for hours after Christmas morning. Wish they had more!

I was hopeful and anticipating receiving this item as I am bed bound, and like to send my grandchildren cards for no particular reason, just to say hi and tell them I love them....and usually include a stick of gum! lol I received the kit and opened it, and have to admit, for the price, I was a bit disappointed. It wasn't until I went to use it that I was very disappointed. I've made 1 card....it took me almost 2 hours (no, there's nothing wrong with my hands or eyes!) They give you this tiny little block that looks like a post it note, but if you look closer, there are a bunch of tiny little blocks on that block...that is the double sided tape you're to use for lettering. You can't even see them to get them off the papers! Not to mention, they don't stick well. The cardboard " clip art" is also chinsy and very limited. You have these small cardboard things in 4 colors....fold it in half and its like a 4x4 card, and a piece of paper with lines on it to fold to make it into an envelope. The sparkling stuff? Oh, they tell you to get glue if you want to use it, but there's not even enough to use on every card if you wanted to! Could a child make this as a project? No way...not w/o constant supervision, it would cause a lot of frustration. The seller did a fine job of getting the product out on time and such, and would not hesitate to use the seller again. But the card making kit is junk.

I like making home made cards but the cards and the supplies that comes with them were not what I expected. I wouldn't buy this product again but to be fair I would say it was not the worst card making craft out there either.
