This is an awesome little house when it's done--the layout is much more well thought out and bird friendly than most others that I have seen. The building was a nightmare!!--and I am one of those crazy love-a-good-assembly-project type of people. Truly the worst thing I have ever built. The instructions were fine for me-but the screws were so difficult to hold in place and turn. We tried every possible tool combination, electric and otherwise , we could find. Put some better hardware in here and you are in 5 star territory.

We have 4 of these houses and love them. We'll be ordering 2 more in the near future. Owl guards and snake deterrents were also a must for the safety of our birds. These houses have protected our birds very well and with the pole with a crank handle they are easy to get up and down. It's been 3 yrs since we purchased them and they have withstood the high winds in Texas. Worth the money.
