    When I ordered this, it showed up in my list of orders as Asics Compression, not "Competition" shirt.

    I think that's why so many people are confused about the sizing. This IS a compression size small. Compression-wear is meant to be skin tight - so if you don't want the shirt for that reason, definitely order 1-2 sizes up!! For compression, order your normal size.

    I am 5'3" 125# and a small fits perfectly - a nicely snug under layer to use under my sleeveless team jersey during the cold months.

    I wa slucky enough to pick this is at Ross in red for $8.99. This shirt is wonderful for under my hockey gear. The only complaint I have is that due to the nature of the fabric, it likes to ride up to my waist, which is far narrower than my hips.

    I bought a large, despite it being meant to fit snuggly, it is offensively small. If you are truly large I would not recommend ever wearing this. It is very form fitting and keeps you warm so its perfect if you are in colder weather. Also, it rolls up with any movement. I find this very annoying because I constantly have to pull the shirt down as it is short for my very average torso. If you have a long torso, or like it longer this is to be avoided. It is very well made though.

    I get complements on it all the time. I wear it under my nursing scrubs and it is very comfortable. I love the material it is made of. The only down side is it climbs up on the stomach area through out the day and I have to adjust it by pulling it down.
