A rock solid router after firmware is updated to DD-WRT and hence the 4-star. It is basically unusable with the stock firmware, especially with Comcast, where it could not find the DHCP server most of the time.

This unit seemed to get good reviews. First it does not come with an antenna as stated in description. It looks like it does in the pictures. That might explain the lack of range. I could only get signal in the room of the AP and barely in the next. I was also using their usb adapter WLI-UC-GN. I am returning these for a refund.

I bought this based on the 2 good reviews and I was not happy with the product. The installation cd was no help with guess what, the installation!!! So I called their product support line and after waiting for 15 minutes I was talking to a very unhappy individual who made it seem like I was bothering him. How dare I!! We went through a 1 hour process of setting this router up, I had to then unplug everything which meant I had to end the call but he assured me it would work. Needless to say it still didn't work so I packed it up and sent it back. Amazon refunded the money with no problem which is one reason why I always shop here.
