These are the best wrist weights I have used. They are well balanced, padded and the individual weights can be removed to tailor the weight and to wash the cover. Four stars only because I did have to added a little extra velcro because they would slip some when I was doing vigorous cardio on my skinny wrists. Stil my favorite wrist weights. The ankle weight set is just as good and they stay in place without any assistance.

These weights are great. They are adjustable--position and weight--and comfortable. I have ankle, waist, and now wrist and upper arm weights from All-Pro. They are fantastic for toning my muscles. I was amazed at how effective they are.

I wear all to some of them during walks, exercising, etc.; about 35 lbs. in all. I started first by trying the ankle weights for a week. I wear the concealed ones while at work in the office, e.g., the ankle weights and, on rare occasions, the weight belt. I wear the wrist weights often at home or while on errands.

I have been using these weights to (1) help me continue weight loss and (2) tone muscle. I lost 20 lbs. in about 2 months by diet changes, alone, but then started to plateau. Moderate exercise using these weights enabled me to resume my rate of weight loss while still building muscle. Since using these weights with the moderate exercise, I have lost another 15+ lbs. the last month or so AND built significant muscle tone.

I have read that the limb weights can cause joint problems. This has not been a problem for me, but then I don't use them during running and other "high G-force" activities.

My wife has been using the upper arm weights during our walks and likes them. The wrist weights caused tightness in her lower back.

I needed to use ankle weights for my legs, but they were not supposed to be too heavy. A friend suggested that I try her 5-lb All-Pro ankle weights. As a result, I went for these wrist weights. Though they can be used for the wrists, I am able to use them on my ankles also, changing the weight levels as necessary. A great product at a reasonable price.

I bought the ankle 10lbs weights (5lbs for each ankle). I took out half the weights to make a total of 5lbs (2.5 for each ankle)

First time use:
I went for an hour jog with incline, decline and flat in my neighborhood. When I started I felt a huge difference with them on. I felt it in my calf, thigh and butt the incline was a challenge. My body adjust and the rest of the jog was great.

About the product:
-Fit was great (I'm 5'4"/female)
-The weights are cylinders in shape with a wrought iron material
-packaged securely; box inside another box with bubbles.
- Now the delivery was the best! Very timely!!
- The material of the ankle weight casing was a wipe-able, water resistance material
- If they don't fit as snug as you'd like have someone pull the strap for you or if your ankles are tiny cut an old towel or shirt and cushion your ankle with that then wrap the ankle weights. I was able to snuggly strap them on myself however.
-Straps are Velcro

After the hour jog:
I felt great. When I took them off my legs felt super light.

* Also I bought the wrist weights total 4lbs (2lbs for each wrist)
