We were thrilled to receive our new mower. So, far we've had no issues with the key or battery. We were somewhat hesitant about buying a reconditioned mower (especially when there was grass inside the box when it arrived) but after the first mow, it looks just as we would expect (gently used).

This mower works great as long as you don't push too fast in wet grass or let the grass grow extremely tall. Very happy with mine and will get another when this one wears out.
