Well I just got this monitor today from Tiger Direct. Tiger Direct delivered it properly packaged and pretty quickly. However, the directions that came with the monitor were pretty poor; I had a problem finding out where the height adjustment was. So I called Samsung tech support. After being put on hold by the tech - twice - he informed me that this monitor doesn't come with height adjustment, there is a separate stand for it that I could purchase from Samsung. I ended up hanging up on him. Later, my roomate came home and figured out where the height adjustment was, and it is now the right height.
Then I went on line to register it. The website kept telling me the Serial # was not valid. I gave up after checking and rechecking the s/n. So I called Samsung again. No, I can't register it on the phone or via mail. I give up. I am done with Samsung.
