Simple Put, Best Ever! A small amount perfectly moisturizes front and back of hands. Never Greasy. It smells wonderful. If you're not familiar with Clarins, they are a French line that has been using aroma-therapy and all-nature ingredients years before anyone else and didn't brag about it, they did it because it made better products. I love Clarins; check out their Eau Dynamisante it is a great pick me up! Back to the Hand & Nail Cream is great to massage on your cuticles before pushing with an orange stick;
they'll come out looking salon perfect, at least mine do.

I don't know what chemicals are in this, but when I use it, my nails really do grow! I'm not kidding...the cream also absorbs well, doesn't leave any greasy residue and the smell is OK, but could be better.

Any product from Clarins has proven to be extremely good. This hand & nail cream does it's job of softening and protecting hands. I gave it 4 stars because the scent, I thought, is slightly medicinal.

I would recommend it for those of all ages for dry and/or rough hands and nails.

I bought this hand creme because I read in the NY Times that it was the best hand cream for dry and cracked cuticles and nails. It has turned out okay, but not better than most of the other creams I've tried, and certainly not worth the extra price. There's nothing wrong with Clarins, but you can get something at Walgreens for half the price that works just as well.
