Don't be fooled by the name. This is the great "secret" source of pure electrolytes that everyone buys all those junk drinks for electrolytes. Not kidding. I have used this beautiful product for more than 20 years and it is a cure all for electrolyte and digestive problems of all kinds. It is delicious to drink, too. You need a drink of this after being sick, hospitalized, marathon running, out in the heat, or running a fever. It will restore you and you will have extra strength to keep going. I cannot recommend it any more highly than to say it should be in everyone's home medicine cabinet and first aid kit. Amazon is the first place I found it for sale in the USA.

When about 4 ounces of water is added to Eno powder in a cup, it turns into a lemony fizzy drink, which is said to help with mild nausea and works within seconds as an anatacid. It is best to ask one's doctor before using it. One can drink it while it is fiizzing or after the initial fizzing subsides. If not available locally, it may come through Amazon from India.
