Every bit as good as what you buy in the grocery store, but only a fraction of the cost. If you can can split the order with a friend, the deal is even better. I make my own mustard. Buying 2oz or 3oz containers at the grocery store gets expensive. Buying the bags of Frontier mustard helps keep the cost down. Caution - This is a lot of mustard. Even as often as I make mustard, this will last for a couple of years. Still, the savings are incredible.

A high quality dry mustard that worked great over the summer. And plenty for next year, too :-) Highly recommend this product! The packages are heavy duty foil type packages and we left the product in them until we needed it. Still have one unopened package that we have put away for next summer.

This is some of the best mustard powder I have found in the past 20 years or more. This tastes like I remember my mother used while I was growing up some 60-70 years ago. Some of the best mustard for a hot dog is 1 T. brown sugar, 2 T.mustard powder and just enough vinegar to make a paste. Try it. You'll like it.

I'm not sure if it is the fault of Frontier and their packaging and/or shipping process, or Amazon, but one of the three bags was busted or torn open and mustard seed powder was spilling out. I carefully opened the package on arrival so I know I didn't do it. I'm not going to bother returning because it's not worth the hassle.

Other than that, this stuff tastes very good, and even after losing one bag out of three, it's still a very good price for the quality. I would give it five stars, if not for the loss of one bag.

If anyone happens to know if it is Amazon and not Frontier that is at fault, let me know and I will revise my review to a higher rating.
