The DCX150 is compatible with the DECT 1500, 2000, 2100, 2900 or 3000 cordless phone series including the WXI2077 Waterproof Cordless Phone (some features may not be supported when combining models). The DCX150 cordless phone is packed with time-saving features that help you better manage your calls. It features a large display screen and orange backlit keys which make it a snap to dial the correct number or access features, even in low-light conditions. The phonebook feature stores up to 70 names with an alphabetical search, unique ringers you can assign to specific calling parties and an option to transfer either a single listing or the entire phonebook. The bilingual menus in both English and Spanish guide you through every step so you can take full advantage of the 10 full hours of talk time per battery charge. About DECT Technology: Advanced DECT 6.0 technology, or Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications, operates on the newly released 1.9 GHz frequency band that was recently allocated to support cordless telephony. Uniden DECT 6.0 incorporates unique "listen before transmit" technology that avoids interference with many household products, such as baby monitors, microwaves and WiFi (which operate on frequencies like 2.4 GHz). As a result, DECT phones offer consumers enhanced voice clarity and crystal clear digital sound quality. DECT 6.0 technology also offers higher security and voice protection, as well as a longer battery and battery standby life than existing 2.4 GHZ or 5.8 GHz phones.

Waited six weeks for them to come on line and say thay can't fill it. Then when I was asked "do you wish to cancel" it took no less than five tries to cancel the order. Unbelievably poor customer service all around. Don't advertise something if you can't produce it. I needed these and this company lied about their ability to produce. I will never use them again and recommend you do not use them if they show any kind of "promise" to ship later than right now.

I decided we needed another handset about a year after purchasing a small set from Costco. When I went to the Uniden website, the model I needed was "out of stock" and there was no indication of when it would be in. They said they would send me an email when the item was available. After a few weeks, I got tired of waiting and decided to try Ebay and Amazon.com. Couldn't find it at the former, but at the latter, I not only found the exact item, brand new and ready to ship, but it was about half the cost of the price quoted on the manufacturers web site! So I ordered two of them and when they arrived, they were exactly what I wanted and worked so easily and well, I could not have expected anything better. My hat is off to Amazon and their suppliers. From now on, I will check there first!

This is very important.This is just phones no answering machine.Our phone company provides us with voicemail so I don't need an answering machine.

I love this phone system.It was easy to hook up and has 3 phones You can buy extra phones to add on if you need more.All three phones work on just one phone jack.We each have our own phone with our own phone books,or you can add your phone book to all the phones .These phones have a lot of privacy options built in with ringer choices and how to call using the privacy option so you have no one picking up while you are talking.You can block curtain callers,if you have that salesperson that wont take no for an answer.
