I'm an EMT on an ambulance and I use this every day. I was very surprised at how accurate this BP cuff is. We do long distance medical transports and I usually check the blood pressure manually first, then for the rest of the trip I use this automatic cuff. It's usually always in the ball park from what I get with the manual cuff. I love it? Very easy to use and to read the display.

This monitor is so simple to use. I received it, took it out of the box and was able to operate it without even reading the instructions. It keeps track of previous readings and comes with two size arm cusps. The price was considerably less expensive than purchasing it locally from a medical equipment store. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone.

Got for my parents-in-law. Being older they found the automatic pump up pressure too tight, painful and could not use it. When we compared it to a manual setup using a Stethoscope, Sphygmomanometer and cuff. The readings were completely different. The manual reading matched what was measured at the doctor office, so I think the Mabis is off. Read the manual several times looking for a way to adjust it and bring it into spec; nothing. Maybe I got the only bad one, not sure. Will label as bad and sell in garage sale for $5 if lucky.
