Del Monte corn is the best. It is so nice & crispy when heated in the microwave. My boyfriend doesn't like it so crispy so I just heat it a couple of minutes longer & it suits both of us. It has a wonderful flavor. Highly recommend.

Great to eat even as is -- just pour from can to dish.

Try adding this to pancake or corn bread batter, Indian Pudding and even.... for the more adventurous -- bread pudding. Also wonderful in stews and soups.

Del Monte canned Corn has always had, for me, a distinctive, recognizable flavor that I enjoy coming back to year after year.

If sodium is a problem, there is always the low sodium version, which, to me, has even more crispness and crunchiness.

We have tried about every brand of canned corn out there, Libby's, Green Giant etc,etc. I pretty much decided in advance that Green Giant would be best...I remember loving it as a kid...but lo, either my kid taste buds were faulty or their quality has declined. As it turns out, we loved Del Monte the best. The kernels were crisp and sweet, my wife claimed the Del Monte almost tastes fresh.
