So you probably aren't getting excited over coffee stirrers, but then you probably aren't the person scrubbing dried coffee off the counter thanks to the coffee-drenched spoons people discard after three spins. Not only were we tearing through plastic tableware, but I was ready to stage a coup.

Enter the super sipper/stirrer combo, and suddenly it's like the Matrix: there is no spoon. Well, I thought it was funny.

My one issue is that the stirrers soften in boiling-hot water, making it a bit difficult to stir sugar in a tall glass of hot tea. Excellent sipping power, though. I'm using one right now, and there are THOUSANDS MORE. AHAHAHAHhehehee. *Ahem*

I bought these expecting coffee stirrers, and what I got was coffee stirrers. They're long thin pieces of black plastic that I can use to stir my coffee, or sometimes when I like to break the rules, my tea. There is 5000 of them, so I shouldn't need to purchase another box of them before I die.

Good deal.

Full disclosure: I was pretty drunk when I bought these stirrers. However, I have absolutely no regrets. In my small college dorm/"apartment" I frequently host friends for drinks; far from the typical cheap-vodka-and-Coke affairs you might imagine, I like to bring a touch of class with mixed drinks, glassware when feasible, and now these stirrers. I've gotten lots of (pleasantly) surprised looks and compliments from acquaintances, friends, and even an unexpected celebrity guest that dropped by one evening (moral: it pays to be prepared to host a classy event). Drinks just seem to taste better when you use a couple of these stirrers. Since there were 5,000 in the box, it'll be a long time before I buy more, but I definitely will buy more.

As for this particular set of stirrers, these are nice and long, so they're great for larger cups. I've used them on coffee cups, highball glasses, old-fashioned glasses, red Solo cups, and large wine glasses (they really add something to the aesthetics of my homemade sangria).

These are the usual plastic stir sticks you'd expect to find. They are a black, single small tube -- not the red ones with two small tubes. While I prefer the wooden stir sticks personally, these were cheaper and work just as well for the office coffee station.

These stirring straws are really nice. I worked in a coffee shop and we regularly bought these. This product is really nice and we liked the quality of this product, as well as the price. This was the cheapest product with the best quality. They aren't individually wrapped, so if that's a concern of yours, you may not want this product. These are not very short which is something we liked as they would fit in our small and large cups.

These are so much more than a coffee stir stick. I use them in my margaritas. They don't just stir...they make a good drink straw. I would totally recommend them. I bought another brand that I only got 25O for 20 bucks! These are an incredible deal!!!
Bakers and Chefs products are all top notch.

These are great stirrers for my morning coffee. There's so much in this box, so I'll practically never have to worry about running out. They're also medium-length straws, which is why I bought these. I hate using short straws where if it slips out of your hand you have to dip your fingers in the drink to retrieve it. The straws are not weak, but they still bends as you stir, so you have to stir longer (than using a spoon) to mix everything well. Either way, I'd still recommend this.

What can go wrong with buying a big box of straws other than having too few or too many?

They have a decent length, so there are few things that you can't stir with these.

These stirrers do have some flexibility so for it may feel a bit awkward to someone who is used to using more rigid stirrers or stirring sticks when these bend. But for a disposable single use item it should not really matter much. These are a great economic option for sipper straws, a lot of them. You can sip from them too, I do.
