I have like many others looking for the perfect headset for many years. This was actually the first one I can say that I have been happy with the audio quality coming in. The person on the other side said they can hear me very good considering it I was on a headset. Unfortunately, I found the earbud to be painful to the point it was causing redness and irritation in my ear and I had to return it.

This is the most awesome Bluetooth product that I have ever bought. I would recommend it to anyone..And my shipment was on time and still in original MFR packaging. What a wow experience!!!
