I put this in my duffle bag on a trip to the Caribbean in November. It was great and everyone on the trip was asking where I found it. I loved the cup holder and the ability to sit comfortably with back support and no sand. It is built very sturdy and I'm no lightweight. I heartily recommend it.

Perfect compact festival chairs.

I picked up two of these chairs for my wife and I to use at the Austin City Limits Music Festival in 2006 and we love them. We used them again this year and both years we have consistently had people asking us where we bought them, to the extent of it being somewhat annoying... :)

This chair is very well built.
Folds up into a small/light back pack, and is easy to transport. Although you should practice folding it back up at home before you drink too much beer.
Unfolds easily, and is simple to set up.
Sun shade is perfect for the hot Texas sun, although wind makes the shade a little unstable.
Arm rests have a drink holder and a zip pocket.

It would be great if Kelsyus made some small fold-able tent poles for the sun shade to stabilize the arm rest lines on breezy days.

My husband finds these chairs to be too difficult to set up. I don't find it hard but I can understand how he gets frustrated. He gets flustered when setting something up requires more than one step. It is not the type of chair you would give to Grandma to open because she might not figure it out. Ditto anyone else not mechanically inclined.

The chairs are lightweight and fold up compactly. The armrests become backpack straps. It's a good way to free up hands.

The shade is nice and big. I get plenty of shade under it. I've used it on moderately windy days and as long as I'm sitting in the chair, it is fine. It just flaps a little more than usual, but it doesn't fly away. The problem comes when I stand up. The entire chair blows over.

It sits lower to the ground than I'd like, but it's fine for watching my children's baseball games. Just make sure not to lean too far to the right or left or else the chair will tip over.
