These are the best noodles you can buy. They taste just like the homemade ones my Mom used to make. No other noodle comes close to tasting homemade. I'm glad Amazon sells them as they are hard to find in stores.

When I was very young, my Slovak Grandmother made homemade noodles. This is before everything was renamed "pasta". She would roll out the dough til it covered the dining room table, then roll it up into a long tube, then with a flash of her big knife, chop chop until it was a huge pile of noodles.We hung them everywhere like streamers til they dried to be put in soup.
This is the only product that even comes close to her "homemades". The older women in my family swear by these, as they taste "like Mama's". I can't find these on the West Coast (home of bad noodles & snooty pasta), and in only one supermarket chain in Maryland. I love being able to purchase them ONLINE, and share them with my friends out here.
Hey, Mrs Weiss, tell your kids to distribute these in California so more people can buy them!

My brother lived up North and found these and loved them. He shared some with me and I love them. We love to make chicken soup and these are great for that since they don't get soggy like regular egg noodles. They are nice and firm. These are dumpling type noodles. I only use part of the package when making my soup since they do get a little bigger and I like my soup with more broth than noodles. I can't find them in my area so order them.

Once you've tried these noodles you'll become a BIG fan. I first tasted these noodles in a friend's chicken soup. I was WOWed. We lived in Cleveland, OH at the time and Mrs. Weiss' noodles were a market favorite and always on the grocer's shelf. When we moved out of OH much to my dismay, I could not find these noodles. Thank you Amazon for keeping me stocked with a favorite.
