I learned about coffee syrup when spending time with my grandparents in New Hampshire, years ago. Unfortunately, it is not available in Michigan. Last Christmas time I ran across information from Rhode Island about coffee syrup and tried to order from that source, but they were out of stock! I later ordered from that source successfully, but close to exhausting my supply, I was very happy to find that I could order it easily through Amazon. It is delicious mixed in milk and other beverages, on ice cream, etc. If you are a coffee lover, you will like this.

IF YOU GROW UP IN RI, ECLIPSE IS A WELL KNWON PRODUCT TO ONE AND ALL. COFFEE CABINETS (MILKSHAKES) SELL LIKE HOTCAKES AND OFTEN USE THIS SYRUP FOR THEIR CREATION. I DON'T REMEMBER IT BEING QUITE SO SWEET NOR NEEDING SUCH A LARGE DOSE IN ORDER TO RENDER MILK TO TASTE LIKE COFFEE. STILL, IT WAS NICE TO RECALL AND REMEMBER AN EARLIER TIME WHEN THIS PRODUCT WAS AN ESSTENTIALIN MY LIFE.

Eclipse added to milk tastes great! I grew up in Rhode Island and first tasted Eclipse in a cabinet (drink) Eclipse, coffee ice cream and a little milk well shaken. I now use Eclipse in my iced coffee. Buy it you will love it.

Always curious about Rhode Island "coffee milk" so I thought I would try this product.
Very, very disappointed!
Way too expensive for what it is and didn't do much for the taste of milk, even using different strengths. Even tried it on ice cream.
This company should be ashamed for charging so much for such a mediocre product.
I've been had!
My recommendation, "Don't buy it."
