This thing is BRIGHT! I love it. It is really great at night and pretty decent during the day. Definitely up there in brightness with the Mini Phantom. Works great, and the plug has a little red LED on it so you dont forget that it is on. The flash shade sits pretty flush with the windshield and the adjustable mounts allow you to get it to sit flush on most vehicles. Recommend to any volunteer firefighters looking for a good warning light.

another excellent well built whelen product that has the research and design built it. do have an issue with flash back as product doesnt have enough movement to make it flush to windshield way suction cups attached.

The lights work great. The bracket needs a wider range of mounting angle. The suction cups are poor, and since drilling holes or using any damaging mounting method is not an option, it currently is jammed against the windshield with a notebook and empty plastic container.

Not as bright as other dash lights, people still dont move during the day, and lots of flash back at night. Have it as tight against the windshield as I can get it, but still almost too much flash back to use it at night

This is probably the best dash light on the market dollar for dollar and easily in the top 1% of all the expensive ones. Nice large footprint about a foot long which is 3-4 inches longer than the other lights I've seen. It has lots of good patterns and very good brightness. This is as bright as my Whelen Liberty light bar in the day time when viewed head on. Naturally it's not as bright off axis but still good. I was very impressed especially since it's only $83 shipped! Build quality looks to be very good and the suction cups seem to work well. Had no problem mounting and adjusting it. Only had it a day so can't speak to long term reliability but hopefully it'll last plenty long. I can't imagine the higher dollar lights being any better especially considering their smaller footprint. This light is hard to beat.

I received this item about a week ago and I've had the chance to use it on multiple occasions so far. The set up, although a bit confusing at first, made for a relatively easy install in my vehicle. During the day, the light shines bright and is very noticeable for drivers ahead of me. At night, the lights are very hard to miss. I have it set to the randomized pattern, and its wide range of patterns are just an extra. I highly recommend this purchase.
