I ordered royal blue bags to distribute gifts for my wedding, but was sent white bags. It was too much of an expense and a great deal to send them back so I had to resort to keeping them. As such a star was lost for that. After a quick message to customer service they were speedy in attending to the matter.Despite the wrong order, these bags are strong, of great quality and would make really nice gift bags.I do recommend, just make sure to get the colour your order.
