I got the chair for my daughter who is disabled and who loves to slouch - I was hoping it would keep her sitting up straight. And the chair does a great job of that. It is easy to change the seat height, was every intuitive to put together and it looks great. The chair, in short, is a bargin and I'm really glad I got it.

The cushion, while very cute and comfy, DOES NOT ACTUALLY ATTACH TO THE CHAIR! You just put it on the chair, and the it's supposed to stay in place due to "friction" (?????) Ah, nope. If you're kid sits straight up and down and does not squirm or slouch... sure that works. But I don't think that's how friction works. Unfortunately, gravity is working against the back pad which doesn't fit securely.

I'm using the pads for now, while my daughter gets used to the chair - though I have to get up at least twice in a meal to push the seat cushion back into place. I plan to ditch it pretty soon though.

It's a shame because I really like the chair, but feel totally ripped off by the cushion.
