Boo. Got this harness about 3 weeks ago and the strap has been completely severed from rubbing against the metal adjusters. It looks like someone took a pair of scissors to it, and it was so severe I thought perhaps that was the case! But no, it's just defective because I can see other spots where the adjusters have worn down the webbing. What a piece of junk.
I do have a tiny dog, but is it too much to ask to get a quality product? I am glad I discovered the defect while at home. Had we been out walking and my dog broken out of it, I'd be incredibly angry. Pretty bummed, everything else was great. Quick shipping, great color, good design.
