Great product, but it's way overpriced. Their usually either 2, or 3 for a dollar at any grocery store.

For the price, these make good "emergency" food, just to have in case a storm or something hits. I would not like to eat these every day, but as a lunch it might be ok. I definately get cravings for other kinds of food (fats and sugars and protein) if I try to just eat these.

There are other ramen bowls that are more expensive, yet vastly improve the taste. While I eat these from time to time, I buy the nicer ramen as my main ramen, and this is just for when I run out.

These are not only good tasting but are also pretty easy and convenient. I simply pull back the top part way and add hot water from my Kureg coffee maker, put the cover back and give it a few minutes. Tastes good and satisfying without the calories of chips or other snacks.

The chicken flavor is the best and it has corn, peas and carrots which make it better!! This Instant Lunch is a very inexpensive meal with a a very good favorable chicken flavor. Having stated that I still prefer the Maruchan Ramen Noodle Soup for a meal. In either case the cost is minimal and you are getting a great bargain. The Instant Lunch contains some dried pieces of carrots, peas and corn and while the instructions state it will take three minutes to prepare using boiling hot water in the cup, I find the time to get those tidbits of vegetables soft take a little more time. I also do not think the flavor is as good as the Noodle Soup, but that's just my opinion. It takes only three minuets to prepare the Instant Lunch and you can eat it right out of the cup you prepared the meal in. This container weighs in at 2.35 oz while the noodle soup weighs in at 3 OZ. There are 290 calories in the container and 1190 mg of sodium or 50% of the recommended daily intake. While there are no Trans Fat in the cup there is 6gm of Saturated Fat. Still a great tasting soup and very easy to prepare.
