I purchased these cups for my sons construction themed 2nd birthday party and was thrilled with them. Apart from the flare they added to the party, they arrived quickly and I was surprised by how sturdy they were. The top of the cones come off (so that they can be filled with the beverage of your choice)and pop back on easily. Filling the cups takes a pretty steady hand to keep from making a mess since the opening is not very wide, but I found that to be no big deal. Overall, the little kids loved using them, the older kids begged to have have them and the adults also got a kick out of how cool looking they were. I would definitely recommend this product.

Got these for my son's 2nd (construction themed) birthday party for part of the kids' favors and they were a hit! It took a little elbow grease to pop the top off the first time but since then they come off easily (but not TOO easily) they aren't spill proof but the opening at the top is pretty small so if they do spill it's not a huge mess. I would definitely buy these again for another party of similar theme!

I gave away these cups as favors at my son's construction themed birthday party. The kids ranged in ages from 1-6 years old, both boys and girls, and everyone loved their cup. They're kind of tricky to clean, since the opening is fairly small, but if you have a bottle brush, it works fine for these cups. And you can replace the yellow straw with standard bendy straws you find at the grocery or dollar store.

We had a construction party for my 2 year old and I thought these would be a fun way to both decorate the table and be a little bit playful. You have to accept from the start that these are a novelty, which means they come with a few quirks. They do have very small openings at the top. This wasn't an issue for us as I have 2 food funnels in my kitchen, but I can see how it might be an issue for some. Again, just know the quirks before you buy. Secondly, the bottom black part is a sticker, so it's not going to survive heavy scrubbing, the dishwasher, etc. You CAN however, pop the cone portion out and separate it from the square bottom. We wanted to keep these for a potential future occassion, so after the party, I popped all the cones off and put the cones, caps and straws in the dishwasher (you'll want to put the caps in some kind of dishwasher basket or container because they'll fly all over if you don't). Then I just gently hand-washed the bases and let them dry.

These were a really fun touch to the party. The kids loved them and the adults even thought they were pretty cool. I totally recommend them as long as you have reasonable expectations up front. :)

These are so great! They made great party favors and I labelled each with a sharpie and the child's name to keep cups from being mixed up. Boys and girls all loved them and kept track of them. The top is a little difficult to snap off the first time, but then they are pretty easy and they close securely each time.

These are fun cups. The kiddos loved them! I found construction sign stickers that we put the children's names on so we could identify whose was which cup and that "dressed" the cup up a bit more. The top pops off for filling. They don't hold much liquid so a lot of refilling was required. Wish I measured how much went into them. The straws are not good. We used local store bought plastic bendy straws instead. The black part is a sticker. So watch when washing that you don't scratch it up. We kept some and after some time they did develop black mold in spots at the bottom that I couldn't get out so they were tossed. But they were fun for the party and for the month or so after.

I used these for a cars themed birthday party. They were great! The only exception being no handle, which is understandable since they are construction cones. So if the kids hands were slippery it can make it a little hard to hold. All in all they worked great and the kids loved them!
