Not all 18/10 cookware are equally induction-friendly. Some, like my All-Clad, make true Electrolux's boast of 90-second-to-boil. Others, not so much.
These Emeril Stainless Steel Saucepans work as well as the All-Clad, and are reasonably priced for the quality.
There are other features that I find useful:
* The handles on both sides makes moving full pots easier,
* The pouring spout and strainer lids allow steam to escape (a plus at times, sometimes, less so),
* The internal measurement marks come in handy,
* The pots work equally well on the radiant burners.
I have used these pots extensively over the last couple of months, and am sufficiently pleased with them that I am considering purchasing other Emeril products.

Really a nice sauce pan. Perfect for so many things. The lid is great for straining liquids away from food. Gave it four stars because it takes quite a while to heat up. Boiling water takes forever. Other then that I would recommend it.

I like the weight of this pan, the heavy bottom, the strainer lid is so useful, and the 2 sided spout is perfect. I just used this to make fresh ginger-cinnamon-clove-pepper tea (good for a sore throat) by just simmering those ingredients in water. With the strainer lid, I just poured out a cup of tea into my cup throughout the day without any mess. I wish they sold the 2 quart individually.

I bought a set of Emeril cookware and wanted to add pieces as I needed them. I purchased this not too long ago and I love the pot! I've used it a few times and it heats up very quickly on a gas stove. I haven't had any issues at all with any of the pots or pans. This pot is All Clad, just like the set that I purchased at a military base.

I own All Clad pans/pots and looked for one that had a spout for easy pouring straight out the pot. I wasn't dazzled by the Emeril name but it was backed by All Clad and it had the spouts I was looking for. Already used this a couple times and I'm so happy I ordered it. Good quality sauce pan and use it all the time. Last year, I broke the lid accidentally and tried to find a replacement but could not find anywhere would carry the replacement parts. So I have to use it without lid.

I bought this product to replace a small pot that I accidently burned. The product was exactly what I wanted and it works really well. The clean up in my dishwasher was excellent. I would buy it again. In fact I might buy another one because I really use the smaller pots alot in my kitchen.

Our kids bought us a 10-piece Emerilware stainless steel cookware set. We had always used Calphalon in the past but Mary wanted the stainless look and feel. I was concerned about things sticking but reviews said if you used a low flame it would be okay. It was. So, we added to the set to get this 1-qt saucepan and it fits right in with its copper encased bottom, pour spouts and glass cover. Couldn't be a better match and the size is perfect for boiling eggs or heating small items. Our order arrived on time as anticipated with Amazon Prime.
