This monitor is extremely clear and easy to setup. I have elected to go for another LG 23" one once I get my return of the 20' returned.

NO dead pixels.

Originally purchased from Beach Camera. No fuss from Beach Camera and they shipped my order out the same day. Amazing service on that part. When received the box was opened on 1 end. Return was no fuss also. Will buy again with them again soon.

The screen feels too wide and not vertical enough. Though I had a 19" LCD before though.

Pros: Great color clarity, easy setup, computer auto-detects monitor, black frame was very classy looking, no dead pixels, 2ms response and contract ratio, reasonable price and Energy Star.

Cons: Max ONLY 1600x800 resolution, touch screen has a delay when touch and difficult to see buttons at night, no DVI cable included.

Reliability history: Unknown Reliability.

Comparing other one:

Viewsonic VX2433wm looks impressive but the stand is not stable. Some think the lighting is only so and so.

I think the LG W2353v-pf is the one to get. The W2453v-pf is not a whole lot more real estate but tons on more the price.
