Who doesn't love dodgeball??? No one! That's who! Unless your balls are crap, and it hurts so bad to get hit that you never want to play again! Well these balls are pretty dang good! I wasn't really sure what to expect from the description. What does foam and inflatable mean? Well I would describe them as thick rubber. They don't seem foamy to me, but they are a nice soft, but durable type rubber. We've only used them twice so far. But we are a family of rough boys, and they are a hit so far. They seem durable, and I hope they continue to be. Thumbs up from 4 boys and a mom who chases them!

They are colorful and do the job for 4-Square, year-round. The "Rhino skin" describes the surface of the ball-- its covering... I took a picture of an un-inflated orange ball with two other balls currently in use, so you can see the old pale yellow one has a different "skin" type on the ball. The old, red ball (Volt) looks like a Rhino style. Also pictured is the electric pump and its inflation pin, that we used to inflate the balls.
April 16, 2016 update. We've been using 3 of them for 4-Square for the past 2 months and the balls are holding up fine, no need to replace one yet. Oddly, the bright yellow one is inflated less than other -- by appearance. All 3 of them are doing the job!
