I ordered four rolls of the liner - in taupe. The liner has a rubber-like texture. It's soft so you don't have to worry about chipping fragile items. But, because it's non-adhesive, you can't slide items on it. For instance, if you try to slide some bowls to the back of the shelf, the liner will bunch up.

This liner is easy to cut and staying in a straight line is simple. Cutting pieces for a long time can be hard one the eyes because the rows are so close together. The instructions say that the liner is washable, but I haven't tried to wash it.

This is an attractive alternative to adhesive shelf paper. (Be sure to put the "bumpy" side down.)

You really need to think about what you're looking for in a shelf liner before purchasing this product. The description says "Non-slip grip surface" so if you're looking for a liner that will let you slide items around on your shelves this is NOT the liner for you. If, on the other hand, you're looking for a liner that will provide a bit of padding and keep things from moving around this Duck shelf liner is a great option. It wipes clean easily or it can be removed and cleaned in some soapy water. Installing was a piece of cake -- it cuts easily and the waffle weave grid allows for cutting a straight line in both directions. I'm withholding 1 star because "non-slip grip" notwithstanding, when used in drawers I found it (and everything on it) does start "creeping" towards the back of the drawer after the drawer is closed a few times with any force at all. The good news is that I found a simple solution to the problem - 4 thumbtacks, 1 in each corner :-)

I purchased this 20-inch wide by 24-FEET LONG drawer liner. I actually purchased it for my tool chest / tool box drawers. The auto parts and big-box hardware stores charge over $20 for 5-7 foot rolls... and good luck if they even have the 20 inch wide liners.

On most higher end / professional tool boxes, the drawers are 20 inches deep, so this means you only have to make one cut - the width with your straight-edge.... that's it!!

For under $20 on Amazon Prime - you get 24 FEET ... that's a lot of drawer liner / padding. This is just as good as any other brand out there. It helps pad the drawer from heavy items and its non-skid / non-slip.

They do sell this in other colors - i bought a white roll to cover drawers in my garage and kitchen cabinets.

There are NO cons to this product. Its simply the best and wow at that price.... you can't beat it.

Great Tool Box Liner! If you buy the standard tool box liner it will cost you about $10 a roll that's only about 100" long.I bought the 24' roll that will give you about 288" for $14.00. For light garage use this will last for a long time. If you're a professional mechanic and always pulling tools in and out of your box, consider something that's designed for that type of use. I'm happy with this purchase for what I needed.

We are in the process of a DIY kitchen remodel in our home. I read the reviews on a variety of shelf liner but ultimately went with Duck Brand Select Grip Liner in taupe because of the feedback and the color. We're staining our Honey Oak cabinets Java and I wanted something that would compliment the new color scheme of the kitchen and effectively keep our dishes from sliding and chipping.

The liner is paded and will do a good job on protecting your shelves and dishes. I give this product 4 stars because the liner does bunch up and it can be a small inconvenience to straighten it, although it's not a constant reoccurrence.

Overall satisfied with the product. Ordered a total of 3 rolls to cover all the kitchen cabinets, drawers and linen closet shelving.
