I'm giving this five stars but that is for how I use the cooler, not for what it was intended for.
As a cooler I figure this is completely average and would get 3 stars.
Now if you take a 3" Milwaukee hole saw and a caliper and measure out where you want the hole, what you end up with is the perfect sous vide container for your Sansaire.
Note: You would have to use a caliper to figure out the size of hole saw you want, if you are using a different brand of sous vide. For Sansaire the 3" Milwaukee hole saw is delightful overkill. 5 star sous vide box!
This has run several hours at 185F with no issue (I was not the one that thought pork should be done at that temp). If you are really worried something will soak out of the cooler at high heat and into your food remember you sealed your food in a bag before dropping it in the water bath.
I shouldn't have to say it but if you drill a hole in the wrong place, Amazon may not be so happy if you try to return this, so measure twice drill once.

I am another one that has to give this Cooler a 5 star review for using it with my Sous vide cooker. I have a Anova and this works perfect for that, this cooler is the perfect size and shape for this type of device and it helps keep the water temp more consistent than a pot or Polycarbonate container. I ended up cutting the lid in half with my band saw and then drilled the hole for the Anova so now I can open just one side and keep the Anova in place on one side in the middle for good water flow. If you have the Anova I would suggest looking into this as a great option for your cooking container. Another big plus for this is when you are done and you clean and dry out the cooler you can than store your cooker inside. Like others have said there is nothing special about this cooler and if I bought it as a cooler I would have gave it maybe 3 stars max, after cutting it I see there is no foam insulation or anything special about it.
