This is so perfect for gift cards to be placed in at my daughter's wedding. I had to order it twice. The first one arrived with rust spots on it and the keys for the lock were totally rusted. The second one arrived perfect. It is very hard to find one of these that locks. It is beautiful all on its own, or it can be decorated with glitter or ribbon to match the wedding colors

I ordered this for my wedding reception in October and I absolutely love it! There was nothing wrong with mine when it arrived. The lock is of cheap value but it works just fine. I think this will be very beautiful sitting on the gift table!

Box came in pushed in on one side, which made the whole structure tilt to the side. Not saying it's a bad product, could have been nice, but possibly bag handling. Also the paint on the heart lock was all scratched off. Returned for a refund, couldnt wait and risk another damanged product.

Just got the item. I am disappointed because it looks nothing like shown in the picture. Looks pretty cheap, it seems like it had some rust and they painted over it with different kind of white paint!!! Moreover it is dented and there should be lock included, but I only got keys for it. Wow!
It's too bad I do not have time for returns or for ordering new one because my wedding is pretty soon.

I read other reviews and some folks complained about the quality - but I found it to be perfect. there were no rust stains and the lock and key work beautifully. we used it again at the open house my parents held for us. I found it quite amusing that people had trouble seeing the little slot in front - so perhaps there could be something done to emphasize it!
