I had my son try this bike at REI. He's barely two-year-old and he could still touch tip-toes on the flour. He really liked it. REI also had a Skuut, but the seat was too high when lowered all the way. This particular bike is out of our price range, but look into hight of seat verse leg hight of your child when purchasing a balance bike.
