I recently passed my Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Exam and received the certificate that was 11X14. Although, I wanted to put this on the wall of my home office, I didn't really want to spend a $100 either.

I was a little apprehensive given the small price tag but could not be more pleased when it arrived. It already has mounts installed for either horizontal or vertical placement...one nail or two. It also has a fold out if you want to stand it up on a desk. The frame looked amazingly professional and you would never know that you bought it for less than $15!!!

This is an awkward frame. I bought it hoping to save some money since it seems like a lot of diploma frames are pretty expensive. The flimsy swiveling plastic backing stops are pretty terrible. It doesn't feel like the back of the frame is very secure. The stand attached to the back makes it look rather lopsided when hung on the wall. It looks decent once hung, but I think it would have been worth it to spring a little extra for a nicer frame. I will probably replace it with something sturdier and nicer-looking when I can.

So glad I didn't buy a frame from the university when I graduated. SO GLAD. The ones the university offer are a huge ripoff. Its like the cherry on the cake to rip you off just a little bit more. Shame on them.

This frame was perfect for wall hanging. The one complain is that one of the frames I ordered for my 2 degrees was a little damaged(trivial really). One degree fit perfect, and the other did not. Then the one that did not had to have the backing adjusted so that it could sit flat against the window. Fixed with an extra piece of cardboard to fill the space. No biggy. I have 2 frames with 2 degrees hanging on my wall and no one knows if I paid 20$ for each frame or 150$ for each frame. You should do the same. ;)

This product description was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the first time it was shipped to me, the matting had ripped at one corner and it had come apart. No problem, stuff happens. So I thought. I re-ordered the item and it arrived today and, unbelievably, it is broken in the same exact place. Ripped matting, corner unglued. I will now choose a completely different manufacturer. Will I ever get to display my diploma? Amazon is great at crediting and returns, thankfully.

Be carfull taking it out of the shipping.

The back is a felt material and tends to chip.

The inside of the frame is an awful set up. It has two pieces of cardboard and one is white for the background.

Pros:
-Sturdy glass
-Black frame looks good

Cons:
-Cheap cardboard backing
-Back material chips off
-Accumulates moisture very easily

To be honest, you have worked very hard on your degree and deserve the best.
I would take it to a professional frame shop and get exactly what you want!
