We bought this to replace some aging baking trays in our kitchen and having owned the Anolon professional range of pans for several years we hoped for a good quality product in the same ilk. So far we have been very impressed, the non-stick has performed fabulously and we've cooked everything from pastries to roasted vegetables directly on the tray with nothing sticking and they clean up like new. Have bought a second identical tray and use them for all our baking now

well, I purchased 2 of these along with a larger one. I baked some fried chicken on both of the smaller ones, one sheet was fine, the other got discolored and the food stuck...hmmm...could be one was defective, but i no longer have the receipt, and i can still use the sheet...so not as great as i thought it would be.

First time an Anolon product has disappointed me, since I do love their pots and pans (and have a few). But this baking sheet warps in the oven. I've used many baking sheets in the past, so was a bit surprised. Each time I've used this, it warps.

I have used this product for about the past 3 months. I do not recommend this product. It warps every time it is heated. (obviously springs back when it cools) I have some old $5 pans that don't even do this. For the money I would expect a better product. Buyer beware!

I rarely make cookies, but I use this to bake chicken or roast veggies -- I love that it's nonstick. And, I learned my lesson from reading other reviewer -- DO NOT USE any type of nonstick cooking spray on these cookie sheets. Now I know why my previous sheets did not last as long as they should. So far this bakeware is still in fantastic shape and I use it a lot!

Anolon cookware is well known for high quality so I will not remark on that.

What I did find about the baking sheets is they do stain, or better yet tend to discolor over time, even when always hand washed.

Most baking sheets tend to warp under normal oven temperatures, and these Anolon bakeware sheets are no different in that respect. The warping is not nearly as severe, and when this Anolon bakeware is removed from the oven it quickly returns to the natural shape unlike lower quality sheet pans.

The grips on each end of the pans are very handy and a nice touch to an already good product.

I bought this for my toaster oven and had measured the inside knowing I could fit a cookie sheet that was 15 inches. However, the 10" x 15" measurement referred to in this description is the cooking area and does not include the handles. For anyone else that needs to know, from edge to edge, this measures 12" x 17 1/2". I'll have to return mine to find a smaller one. I cannot speak to its performance.

As we prepared for the approach of the holidays, and examination of our existing 11" x 7" baking sheet inventory revealed that the ones we had were long past their prime. Not of substantial quality to begin with, we couldn't remember when they joined the pantry. Not only were they not nonstick, but whatever metal they were made have had started to show the effects of heat and age with a fine patina of rust.

We replaced those with this model. These are substantial sheets with no flex, excellent non-stick performance, silicone handles and a 500-degree heat tolerance. It's like entering a new century of cooking (oh...wait...yeah, that has come and gone).

If your baking sheets are showing their age, select this one as an upgrade with confidence.

These are great pans. I made the mistake of spraying my last set with non stick spray and ruined them. So I had to replace them. Do not spray these. They do not need it.
