I have this on subscribe and save. My kids won't eat them past one bite. It's drier than I thought, but hey, everyone has their own tastes- not a product downfall, just sharing so you know the type of bar it is.

That being said, I just dip it into something in the morning...like some milk etc. I gave one to a coworker today who tossed it after one bite. haha. Like I said, different people have different tastes. I recommend buying one box and trying them for yourself.

So if you're a parent with kids 4 and younger, don't hold your breathe on getting them to eat them, but for me, being healthy...I do.

Flavor is good, nothing to write poetry about or a 2 paragraph review...but better than some others.

Still on my subscribe and save if that can tell you anything. :)

When I was younger my mom used to buy trail mix bars, Nature Valley ones I think, and I really liked them, so when I saw these on Amazon I decided to give them a try. I absolutely love these, so much more than other trail mix bars. They've got fiber and protein, as well as good fats and sugars, they're filling and make an excellent breakfast or snack and I really like that they're not grossly sticky sweet. They're also on here for a great price, especially with the subscribe and save discount.

Come on Kashi give us a break shrink the bars but do not raise price! One or the other! I bought over a hundred dollars worth of bars and got only half as much as I expected to get in edible food because Kashi shrunk the bars and raised the prices.!

These are the healthiest snack bar I have found. Whole grain, natural, and delicious. Although they have sweeteners like honey they do not spike blood sugar. I have lost 60 pounds and snack on these once or twice a day. Of course I have cut down on red meat and cut out refined (empty) carbs.
