I am a loyal Cytosport user and have been a big fan of Muscle Milk bars in the past, but THEY CHANGED THEIR FORMULA. It used to be full of high quality protein such as hydrolyzed whey and casein, but they have gone the cheap route and switched to almost entirely soy protein. Soy is dirt-cheap and is an incomplete protein. They have fallen way off in my book and I expected better from a company with a good reputation. DO NOT BUY THESE BARS. They are also full of different kinds of sugars and other fillers which are completely unnecessary.

My suggestion is to spend the money to get a high quality bar. I've ordered some Focus Food from GI Nutrition on the suggestion of a trusted strength coach. Here's the link to check it out... [...]. My only concern is that Focus Food isn't lactose free, but we'll see if that's an issue for me.

But for a final time, don't believe the nutrition information online about Muscle Milk bars. They changed their formula and sold out to soy.

My daughter and I really like the bars. The only thing that surprised me is that they are high in sugar, but we are finishing the bars. I should of looked before I bought the bars. They are 13 grams for each bar.

I like several Muscle Milk Products. These are inline with others they make. This bar is healthy and actually tastes really good as well. They are soft and don't taste like you are eating plastic. I will continue to buy many more boxes I am sure.

Liked these a lot until they started using sugar alcohols. They taste ok, but now have that sugar alcohol aftertaste. It's a shame because I really liked these bars. It's getting harder to find quality protein bars that aren't full of cheap ingredients and soy protein.

I personally prefer this over the other protein bar only because I want it dense and have a lot of crunchy texture. The taste is great and very, very filling. It boils down to personal preference. This one is the one for me.

I bought these out of curiosity because I read the reviews and the flavors sound delicious. they were anything but that! not to mention, they were out in the sun for a while because i got them all melted! I had to put them in the fridge before i could even eat them!
