The Greats:
1) Comes with 2 full outfits.
2) Very pretty doll!
3) All mechanisms are working and no broken parts or scratches while taking the doll out (big plus!)
4) Clothing that was included is decently made & I had no trouble changing the outfits on the doll.
5) How can you not love an Audrey Hepburn Pullip?! :-)
The Not-So-Greats (fortunately, not too much to list):
1) The wig bugs me the most. Due to the packaging, it squished the curls into a complete mess. I wish I could find an exact & better replacement wig, but for the time being I can manipulate it where it looks ok.
2) Disappointingly, the fancy pink headpiece is quite discolored around the edges (not sure if its glue or fading?!). It's quite a let down that I can't use it on her to display nicely.
3) Not so much a problem but it can be for finicky folks, the shoes & sandals. Both pieces won't stay on her feet and I don't really understand how the sandals are supposed to be placed/attached. It doesn't bother me but it may for some.
In the end, I really love this doll & I'd have given a full 5 star rating if it weren't for the wig and headpiece problems. As for the packaging & such...it was in perfect shape & I had no problems opening everything.
