I just ordered these prongs and when they were packed to ship there was nothing put in to protect these boxes from bouncing around in the larger shipping box. Basically what happened is the smaller boxes were opened and all the fasteners came out and got all bent up. Poor shipping department policies. Very upset customer because I have no one to complain to.

I tried to leave feedback but it would allow me to return this item.
