you are gluten free....and have not found the best thing to eat and feel like everyone else? try this! seriously feed this to many marines and family and they do not even know they are eating gluten free....because we all know going gluten free is hard and it taste like chalk but thus brand has made food taste goodagain! Trust me I have eaten it all being pregnant being healthy and there is still away to enjoy food by trying this product with chicken, eggplant, meatballs! try it or you are missing out...SERIOUSLY!

I love these bread crumbs from Ener-G. They are very fine crumbs which is what I like b/c when I use them to lightly bread chicken or some other meat for my son it doesn't make it like all breadind & it is so much healthier for him. I highly recommend these for those looking for a healthy alternative to regular bread crumbs. The seller also packaged it very well. No damage!!!
