I ordered these to go with the Tough-1 Miniature Horse Training Surcingle. Unfortunately the clasps are too large to go through any of the rings on the surcingle and the buckle prevents one of the lines from being reverse threaded. This leaves them unusable until I bring them to a store and have the clasps replaced or the buckle removed. Also, the item was defective. Only one line was rolled. The other line was completely flat. Thankfully the material is nice quality so it will be worth it to have the repairs done on it instead of just sending them back.

Got these reins for a little mini horse. He is really small. They worked as well as I expected. Could be harsh on your hands if you had to pull really hard but I haven't experienced this problem. Might want to use gloves when ground driving a horse anyway.
