So far i used it about 6 times baking different things chicken, ribs, pork chops etc.The Good #1 pretty easy to clean. #2 food seems to cook quicker. #3 sturdy. The bad #1 Pan gets super hot burnt my hand through the oven mitt.I fold the oven mitt to get double the protection but be very careful if any body part touches that pan....#2 I like to broil in the oven sometimes the pan gets stained when doing this. Hpe this helped

Finally, a pan to cook in that's a bit larger than the standard 9x13 cake pan...... and because it's stainless steel (not aluminum) I feel much safer cooking in it. It's great for making chicken breasts, fish, casseroles, etc. Clean-up is easy - a soft scouring pad is all it needs. I've used mine very frequently and never had a problem with warping, staining, etc. I don't cook in excessive high temps so that helps, too. All my recipes usually bake between 360-390, usually covered with some foil. I love this pan - it's the perfect size for most of my cooking .....

This pan is perfect for use in making granola which is baked. It makes a large enough quantity at one time to supply a family of four with enough daily granola for a month. The pan heats evenly and cleans up easily. This is my second one. I used the first one to roast meat and vegetables with equally good success. If needed, I would buy a third.

I saw the Wilton brand (really dislike Wilton's flimsy cake pans) and the price, and thought "how can it possibly be sturdy?" Then I was so pleasantly surprised when it came! Heavy, big enough for a very big turkey, and non-stick: I'm thinking of buying another one for a friend who does Thanksgiving dinner.

I was going to spend $200 on a large roasting pan but then I found these and figured they are cheap enough with good reviews that I would give it a try. I bought two of them and so far roasted two big birds at a time several times. I used it for roasting potatoes, veggies, whole chickens and even some recipes that call for 500 degrees in the oven. Did not warp yet, easy to clean.

Best of all, I really needed one big pan so to fit on one rack in the standard size oven. I always have an issue with a smaller pan and cant fit two on the same rack. This took care of that problem. I really just love it and so glad with the purchase.
