I received the product within a few days of my order. Glad I had read a comment somewhere about the 'trick' to opening the tube (just twist the slightly bulbous bottom outer case and voila!-- a mini rocket silo). The lipstick is very soothing without a trace of stickiness and just a hint of something cooling. After about three weeks of daily use, my lips do look and feel smoother, more comfortable, and maybe younger. (I'm 62)

I ordered the #20, "Sheer Natural Shine", and it is truly a bare, natural tint, not clear. Next time I'll go with one of the 'colors'. I'm pretty sure this is going to end up being the only lipstick I carry with me.

I've used this product for two years, and I can attest that it really does work. It's not overnight, and it may take several months, but it does truly work. My lip line had been disappearing for some time, and my lips were somewhat flat. After nightly use for a couple of months, I began to notice my lip line returning, and my lips looked noticeably fuller. After two years, it's really visible. My sister who was visiting noticed it right away, so she ordered some. It is pricey, but worth it. It feels and smells wonderful, too. Again, it's not overnight, and you will not get Angelina Jolie lips; but yours will get smoother, fuller, and the color will come back! Yeah!

I ordered this in Natural a few weeks ago when I had really chapped, sunburned lips. In the meantime, I used Aquaphor ointment (not the lip treatment) which completely healed the damage in a couple of days. When I got the MD Kaplan, I tried it and immediately felt like it was DRYING my lips out again. Before the daywas out, I needed to start using the Aquaphor again. I also don't like the way the MD Kaplan looks on--not really natural, but kind of white and frosty. I would retun it in a heartbeat if I could. The only thing I like about it is the case.

Got the Nude Shine and it smelled rancid right from the first time I opened it. Don't know if this is how it is supposed to smell, given the ingredients. Shade is fine, but the packaging is absolute wasteful overkill. Furthermore, after you twist it open, the entire thing is about 5" long and quite wide for a lipstick container, so it feels like you are applying you lipstick with a tampon! Sorry, but that is the effect this has on me. Cannot discern any anti-aging effects, so I will not be purchasing this again.

I love this lip treatment. Thought it was alittle pricey when ordering, but it is worth it. I chose the nude shine and it is perfect for everyday. Just the right combination of a balm and lipstick with no stickiness whatsoever. I always just used a lip balm finding glosses to be too sticky and, while this is not glossy, I have applied a gloss over it to get a more polished look. I have told all my friends who are very impressed with the screw up tube. I'll be using this for a long time since there is alot of product in the tube.

I have used this and have noticed absolutely nothing outstanding about it. I don't understand the rave reviews. Doesn't feel all that great on your lips...doesn't stay on any better than any other balm, and I haven't noticed any changes in my lips being fuller, softer, etc.... The cost of this pretty little silver container isn't worth it. Save your money!

I just ordered my second lipstick. The moisturizer is wonderful. The lipstick case was a brilliant idea. The case is one-piece instead of the two pieces we're all used to. Twist the bottom and the top opens to reveal the lipstick. Twist it in reverse and the lipstick spirals back into the base and the top automatically closes. I no longer worry about expensive lipstick cases with lost tops or tops that loosen in my purse and make a mess. I carry this with joy while backpacking.

Worth every cent...

I am extremely disappointed. I just received the Lip 20 only to find that the top part of the lipstick was squished against the top of the container. So already, a good chunk of the lipstick is gone. There isn't a whole lot in the tube, so that chunk made a difference.
Also the color is not really what I thought it would be. It's VERY sheer. In fact I ordered the Ruby Shine and on the actual lipstick it's labeled "Sheer Ruby Shine". The color isn't bad, it just isn't what was advertised. If I knew this was a sheer lipstick, I may not have bought it.
I have put some on and I feel like it keeps smearing...I may have done a bad job putting it on though since the top of the lipstick is a little deformed at the moment.
I do like the minty and tingling feeling I get, but that's the only good thing that I can say for now.
If this actually works, I'll think of MAYBE ordering again, but that's a big maybe since it appears that these are not always carefully packaged.

So, I'm still having issues with the lipstick smearing a lot. It just feels icky. However, I will say that I finally see some plumping action. Also, I'm not going crazy, my BF pointed out that he noticed a difference too. However, the outline of my lip is getting very dry and crackly. Almost like getting really chapped lips during winter. I only use it twice a day as recommended so, I have no idea why this is happening. I thought this was supposed to stop that from happening. Anyways, I still use it, but in between I also have to use regular chapstick to stop my lips from getting dry and icky looking. It does plump though, and the slight tingling sensation does feel nice...but idk. This lipstick just seems very weird. First it was an awesome moisturizer, and not....not so much. Any ideas why?
