Amazon has this same item packaged in different formats: When I ordered this, I entered 2 - because I wanted an extra. When I say the final review, it said package of 5 - so that meant I would be getting 10. I then saw the same item for the same price with a lower shipping cost, so I deleted the original order in my cart and clicked on 1 for the new order.

Little did I know or realize that the new order was only a package of 1 - not package of 5 as the previous was. So, I ended up paying $4.90 for the part and almost $5.00 shipping. The piece locally was only $2.99.

I accept full responsibility for placing the order this way..but want to warn others that this is happening. I see someone else made the same mistake.
Still..shame, shame, shame

I thought that I had ordered a 5 pack of this item and only a single arrived. No packing receipt in the box to confirm. Since I am not the only one with this "mistake", I suspect that there is something wrong at the source. I returned to the website to backtrack the process and it only lists a single for my ordered item. The scrubber itself is a good product and I have no complaints with it. I just spent much too much for a single one of these items whereas a multipack is the only way to go with this product as they do need frequent replacement.

Like other customer reviewers I thought this product was for 3 scrubbers. One one was shipped. Somehow between the time I read the description and placing the order either the item changed or I clicked on a different one. Likely my error but something is misleading since I have seen other complaints. At a minimum I should have gotten 2 for this price.

This kept getting sucked up against the Polaris unit's suction opening, causing the whole thing to come to a dead stop, .After the umpteenth time of pulling it out, I removed it and no more problems. I think this is unnecessary to stir up debris on the pool bottom; the tail does a good enough job without it.

I ordered a three-pack of Polaris sweep hose scrubber attachments for my Polaris 280 by copying the description verbatim from the last Polaris pack I ordered. Seemed logical, but logic apparently has nothing to do with it. I received a SINGLE sweep hose scrubber attachment. Beware! If you are interested in the economical three-pack, the description is critical: be sure it * specifically * states "three pack" or you'll be disappointed, as I was.
